Is my CPU bottlenecking my GPU?
A few months ago I bought a new budget PC,

specs:
GPU, 1050Ti 4GB
CPU, AMD Athlon x4 950
RAM, 16G

I mainly play overwatch nowadays, If I watch benchmark videos on youtube they will get around 70 fps on 'epic' settings, I get the same fps on every preset, my fps is around 30-60 and is really unstable.

So I was wondering if this could be a bottleneck?
I already was searching for another CPU and was thinking about the Ryzen 5 2600X will this be better?

Yes, you will see much smoother gameplay and higher fps with a cpu upgrade. The 2600x is a much better cpu than your current one.

ryzen 5 2600 are 150$ right now on amazon.

In my opinion the 2600 (non x) being so cheap, is the better value due to price-performance
