No but your GPU is too weak.

Your GPU is to weak for your cpu. You will be getting a 100% bottlenecking, over 10% is considered a bottleneck. Best you could do is upgrading to a GTX 1070 or GTX 980ti that can be decently cheap on the used market. But have been gaining price due to the dram storage. I recommend you waiting till this pandemic is over to grab yourself one. Even something like a 970 would do better. Or you could downgrade to a FX 6300 that would pair perfectly with your 1050ti but might just loose some FPS since It’s a older processor and upgrading would be better.

That cannot exist, and still have a system that runs.
