[SOLVED] Is my cpu dead? or mobo or psu?

I was just watching some yt video and all of a sudden the screen went black, the mouse and keyboard still lights on but the screen is black no signal at all, i press the reset button and it wont work so i hold down the power button to turn off and it still wont work, so i press the switch at the back of the psu after it turned off compleaty i then turn it on through the power button and it wont work, so i remove the cpu out of the mobo to see any physical damage and put the cpu back in to the mobo and then the pc works again and then it happen again. This situation happened twice, im currently writing this post on this pc and i want to know what the problem is?

Next time when it happens, don't do anything after you power it off - just let it 'cool' down for a while. After about 15 mins try to start it up. If it works, you probably have problem with PSU.
