Is my CPU dead?

My computer was running fine last night. I left it running overnight, and when I came back, my keyboard and mouse were not receiving power (USB ports dead), and the monitors were not receiving any output (this persisted after many restarts). All fans are working.

I tried removing all of the RAM except for one (and tried several different sticks, still nothing). I took my graphics cards out and reset CMOS, and connected my monitor to the DVI on the motherboard. Now, USB ports receive power, but it does not boot. My monitor displays random colors in the order White, Red, Green, Blue, Black for a little while and then restarts after a little while. I can't access BIOS or anything. I should add that I am connecting my monitor to my computer using DVI, not VGA. Funny, neither of my monitors have VGA ports...

Specs:
CPU: i5 4690K
GPU: G1 970 2x SLI
Memory: 16GB (4 sticks) of G.Skill Ripjaws Z 2400 MHz (I run it at 1600 though)
Motherboard: MSi Z97 SLI Plus

I can answer any other questions, but I think I've gone through a good amount of troubleshooting short of taking out the CPU, which I hope to not do.

Thanks!

how long have you had your motherboard and try smelling it if it smells like burnt electrinics then it is probably you board but even if it doent smell it could still be broken and look for leaking compaitors

I've had it for about 20 months now and it's been running flawlessly. I don't smell anything, but judging by the responses I've gotten so far, it seems to be the board.
