Is my cpu dead?

When I boot up my pc before it goes into the desktop it will crash with a error code of either WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR, or Machine Check Exception. I tried replacing my ram, using a hdd with windows 7 instead of 10. I'm thinking it's either My Psu, motherboard, or cpu.
I have tried unplugging peripherals aswell, and made sure my gpus where installed correctly. My cpu is a i7 3820, psu being a Antec 650w, and my mobo is dx79si. Ram is Hyperx Genesis. Gpu is something ati firepro, its passively cooled.

Whatever way you slice it this looks bad. I'm going to assume you don't have more replacement parts you can swap out. Your psu seems unlikely because it would just not post or crash with no error if that was the problem. I'd try booting without the gpu but honestly I'd say its either some weird cpu glitch or most likely your motherboard. If your bios supports it you could try disabling cores one at a time to see if that fixes it.

I did disable the cores and that did not seem to work. My cpu doesn't have integrated graphics, and if it did I have no where to plug into my mobo, I forgot to mention my gpus are in sli. I looked at my event log in my bios and saw that I had 6 cpu thermal trips 6 months ago, which was odd because I wasn't oced during the time it happened, nor was I using my computer for cpu intensive workloads. (Browsing internet.)

You should pop your heatsink off and look at your thermal paste. Make sure it's still there. Then wipe it away and reapply it. Try booting with just one gpu, then the other.

I don't have any thermal paste and my cpu temps are fine in bios, I tried switching out the gpus but no luck.
