Is my Cpu dead?

Hi . Recently i change mi cpu fan for a cooler master t4 but when i start my pc the gpu start to spin and few seconds later stop. My board dont make any beep and ethernet led dont turn on. Also usb dosent work and have no. Video. I clean RAM . Reset BIOS and dont know what to do.
My specs:
Mobo msi 970a g43
Cpu fx 8320e
PSU evga 500w
Gpu amd r7 250
Help please

Reseat your CPU,cooler,RAMs and PSU.dont plug anything else on your PC.give it a try...

Did you try to clear CMOS?Unplug the power cable from your PSU,remove the battery from the m/b and wait 5 mins.Then put everything back and try to boot again

is there a speaker plugged on your mobo?because i think you motherboard does not have a built-in speaker on it

No it havent i dont knew that. How i can now the errors in this mobo?

there was a speaker coming with your motherboard probably.

just find it and plug it on your motherboard.search your manual for the correct location to plug it
