Is my cpu/gpu dead?

When i start my pc it beeps fast 5 times and screen is black (no signal).This happend when i was moving my 2nd hard disk (pc was ON) and I accidentally touch gpu screen went black so i restarted my pc and then i beeping started
HELP FAST PLS

Cpu:Fx-8350 - AsRock 970 pro3 r2.0
Gpu:msi650ti boost 2gb

Lesson one, don't tinker inside PC with power on!

Your question seems to be missing some words. What did you accidentally touch? You could have blown a SATA port (try a different one) or fried the hard drive. Hard to tell. If you completely remove the second hard disk, does the problem still exist?

From you original post it sounds like you touched the GPU in that case you might just have blown that.

So my gpu is dead. Now I do not know which GPU to buy, What do you think about VGA MSI R9 270X 4GB OC GA or
VGA Sapphire R9 270X 2GB DDR5 or any other at that price range.
