When Windows starts, just keep pressing the "DEL(delete)" key until it shows. It may be different depending on your motherboard.

can ram bottleneck any of my pc components to? when i made a post about upgrading my build a while ago a few people said i have very slow ram speed

No, 1333 is fine. Even if you go to 2200 you will not even notice a difference.
