Question Is my cpu temp normal

I have intel i5 3570K @3.40GHZ while playing games like Gta 5 and RDR2 on High setting my cpu temp goes under 65 C to 73 C but it never cross 73 C is that temperature safe for my pc. I have crappy pc case and I use Cooler Master hyper T20 and I have seen many answer that say it isn't safe to run this cpu at this temperature

That's a very ordinary cooler on a CPU that was reasonably powerful in its day...a long time ago.

I wouldn't spend a dime to improve the temperature.

Save your money until you can upgrade the entire PC.

that's alright if it only goes up to that during gaming.

but if you're still worried. Try cleaning the cooler if it has not been cleaned for sometime. The dust buildup in the heat sink should be removed.

You are safe.
The cpu will monitor it's own temperature and will slow down or shut off if it should detect a dangerous temperature.
That point is around 100c.

If it's below 85C then nothing needs to be done.
