is my CPU temp's are ok ?

when i use MSI afterburner its showing me that my cpu temps are jumping from 39 to 45,47,50 and back to 39 in 1 sec just jumping up and down.
but when i open SpeedFan its showing me that my cpu temp's are 35-37
i don't know if my CPU temp's are ok or not ?

If they are between 35C and 37C when you are just idling that is fine, how ever if you are stress testing you would not want them to go above the 75-85C range.
