Is my CPU underheating?

Hey, I have an fx 8320 running stock speeds with the stock cooler with some arctic silver 5. I read on the internet that CPUs get really hot, but mine seems to be doing amazing for some reason. I just finished a 5hr gaming session on Just Cause 2, and I checked both SpeedFan andCpuid and they both confirmed that I was running at 42C. Is that low, or is that normal?
BTW I have Noctua S12A´s ventilating my NZXT 410

Your temperatures are fine. In general you can not UNDER heat a cpu(cold bug) without special cooling.
