Is my cpu underperforming?

Simple question is my cpu underperforming?

Is there way to check it?

Cpu:I5 7400
Gpu:Nvidia Gtx 1060 gigabyte windforce ocx 6gb
Memory:16gb ddr4 2433mhz
Ssd:Samsung Evo
Motherboard:asus z270k prime
PS:Cooler Master 650w


if needed i can place dxidiag information in text file and place it on mediafire.

Im not with pcs please dont blame me.

It should not your system looks balanced. Benchmarking would tell.

But not in a way of bottleneck,i mean is my cpu doing correctly i get much lower fps in games even douh i reinstalled my windows etc.?

Your setup should be good for 1080P CPU and GPU so if not happy there is something wrong. Sometimes we run into people not hooking monitor to the graphics card but motherboard connection which would explain low performance.

Had that problem when i got my pc,connected it to motherboard and not gpu but it isnt problem this time.

After win install did you install all drivers like chipset for your board and so on?
