Question Is my current PSU enough for a CPU & GPU upgrade?

Currently I have an RX 6800 and a Ryzen 5 5600, I want to upgrade them to a RX 9070 and Ryzen 7 7800X3D but I'm not sure if I should swap my PSU.

Hi, my PSU is my latest upgrade I did since my old one broke down. I think my PSU is about a year and a half - 2 years old.

Guru3d recommends at least a 650w for the 9070, so I would think it would be ok.

• Radeon RX 9070 XT - On your average system, we recommend a 750 Watt power supply unit.

Turns out I’m dumb, I actually have that power supply I mentioned in 750w and not 650w. 750W will surely be enough right? I have read good things about Asus Rog power supplies.
