Question Is my DRAM frequency correct for XMP Profile 1

So my RAM kit is 16 GB DDR4-3000 Corsair Vengeance LPX. I changed the speed in my BIOS from 2133hz to 3000. I’m a bit confused though and want to confirm I did it correctly.

I choose profile 1 and set the DRAM frequency from auto to DDR4-3000. Should I have kept the frequency on auto and chose profile 1, or is my DRAM frequency fine on DDR4-3000? Here’s how it looks in my BIOS:

Okay, sounds good. Alternatively, would there be any difference or a better idea to set the profile to 2 and auto frequency?
