Is my first build good?

Hi, I am considering building my own PC. I want something that can be upgradable in the future when I need to, but I want to not have to do that for a while. I have a few few questions about my build as well, they are:

1. Is the Intel Pentium G2358 a good CPU? It seems to be pretty good from what I have seen, and you can even over clock it. The only down side is it is only dual core. Also would I need a better CPU cooler if I do decide to overclock it?

2. Is the graphics card/CPU combo I chose going to allow me to play games like, Fallout 4, on high with solid 60+ fps? (I am wanting this PC to take the place of my console)

3. I am under the impression that you can boot your OS on to an SSD making the PC faster to boot up and keep other files/games on a HDD, is this correct? (just wanting to confirm)

4. Is a 500 watt power supply enough for this build? I think it is but I would like to have enough power for if I upgrade down the road.

All in all, if you guys could just tell me if this is a good build I would appreciate it. (I am including the wifi adapter, monitor, and keyboard/mouse in the build for me to know the whole total cost) Your feedback is appreciated, thanks
