why are you going IB when HB is available..?
Don't need h100i for IB. Hyper 212 evo is enough.
Not good PSU. OCZ is not a good PSU maker. So go with corsair, Sesonic or XFX. These are best PSU maker.

What do u mean by IB and HB?
I'm guessing IB is ivy bridge

you are right.
IB- Ivy Bridge.
HB- Haswell Bridge. its latest generation of Intel family and approx 10% faster than IB.
I heard intel's incoming gen BROADWELL also will come in 1150socket. so it will easy to upgrade in future.

Sorry, princejeet, but i would like correct something.
OCZ are rarely make good quality of PSU, but this one ZT650w is a good one high efficiency up to 87%(deserve silver for me), extremely low ripple and very good voltage regulation and safe using cross load, OCZ are less likely to do overload. *Page 7 and 8*
