I plan to game at high 1080p settings on medium budget

CPU: Intel i5 6600k
CPU Cooler: Corsair H110i 280
MB: Asus Z170 Pro
RAM: Kingston 8gb (4x2)
SSD: Sandisk 120gb
HDD: WD 180gb
GPU: EVGA 970 4gb SSC
PSU: EVGA 650+ Gold Certified

I also consider colour and lean towards white components

looks good to me. I would consider a little more storage space, 180gb for a HDD is nothing.

Also, be sure that the Kingston RAM you have selected isn't DDR3 RAM. I know they make some white RAM sticks, but I believe they are only DDR3, you're build will require DDR4.
