In about a month im going to buy a gaming PC. Couple of friends helped me with it. So are these specs good, bad...?

Specs:

Processor : Intel i5 7400
Graphics card : MSI gtx 1060 X 3 Gb
Motherboard : MSI H270M Mortar Artic
Power supply : Fortron Hyper 500 W +80
RAM : 8 Gb (I will add more later on)
Hard drive : HDD Toshiba P300 1TB
Case: Zalman Z1 Neo

Solution
Yes that's a pretty decent setup. I would probably step up to the i5 7500 though if possible. There are better options for psu too.

Agree with CTurbo's advice, 7500 is usually only $10-20 more for a decent clock speed gain.

I would personally advise against the GTX 1060 3GB not just because the low amount of VRAM for that price card but it has been watered down in other areas over the GTX 1060 6GB as well. If you can spend a little more to get the 1060 6GB it would be worth it or for around the same price pick up an RX 480 4GB it would outperform the 1060 3GB in most situations. You can read more on the debate in previous threads > http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-3183887/gtx-1060-3gb-480-4gb.html + http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-3162207/gtx-1060-3gb-480-4gb.html.

As for the Power Supplies, from a brief look on PCPartPicker there wasn't a whole lot of good quality units within 55 Euros so try expand that budget a bit more if you can, it's wroth spending a little more on a good reliable and efficient Power Supply. If you need, you could save money by dropping the Motherboard down to a decent B250 unless something on the H270 specifically appeals to you. Hope this helps :)

The problem is I can't afford a 6gb 1060, I searched a bit on the internet and for gaming it looked like gtx 1060 3 gb is better then a rx 480 4 gb for gaming, will 70 75 euro PSU be ok then? I need the H270 because I have 5.1 surround sound headset and the B250 doesnt have enough audio inputs

Most those older reviews are with the reference 480 and before AMD updated the drivers. The RX 480 4GB is definitely the better card just look in the 2 threads i provided above., it's unquestioned. 70-75 Euro should be a good amount i'll take a look and get back to you. What do you mean by the B250 doesn't have enough audio inputs? Your headset should't have that many... :)

Well in my country (Croatia) I can afford MSI rx 480 4 gb and then have about 30 euros for something else, well my headset has 4 audio outputs and 1 usb port

What kind of headset it is if i may ask?

I've heard pretty good things about the MSI variant of the RX 480 should serve you well. As for the leftover cash, perhaps a bigger/better Power Supply or even try squeeze an SSD in there for a quick boot drive and fit a handful of smaller games.

So i should go with the MSI rx 480 4 gb over the MSI 1060 3 gb, I ll get a better Power Supply but how much W do I need, I think that SSD is not needed.
