Is my gaming setup adequate for its price, or have any issues/bottlenecks?

Will this strict $500 budget-build have any issues with cooling / bottlenecking currently? Keeping in mind that I will add another 4GB of the same RAM as well as some extra fans in the future. I am open to changes in my build as long as they meet my firm budget price.

BTW: The reason for the custom price of the graphics card is that PCPartPicker don't have shown as an Amazon option when you can actually find it on the site :/
