Is my GPU bottlenecking

16gb ddr3 2133 corsair tactical ram
samsung evo 500GB SSD
Asus GTX 1060
Corsair TX750

Will this system bottleneck the cpu?

From your specs, I'll assume 1080p gaming. No, you should be fine. There are games which might want a more power CPU but it won't be due to your video card being a bottlenecked by your other components.
