[SOLVED] Is my gpu broken ?

Recently built my first pc and it works fine but when i tried to game, the games would run really slow. Then i realized that my pc was running just on my cpu and not using my gpu. How do i fix this? thanks
Specs
Cpu:ryzen 3 2200g
Gpu rx560
Mobo:asus asrock 450
And 8gb ddr4 ram

Make sure to plug the Monitor's cable to the GPU, and not the onboard graphics/ 2200G.
