Are all of the following issues connected in some way?
If not please help me with any of the following issues I'm having.

Specs: Windows 10
EVGA gtx 1060 3gb superclocked
Fx 8350 @ 4 ghz (stock) with hyper 212 Evo cooler
windows on samsung 60gb ssd
1tb internal HDD
16gb ram ( 2x8gb)

1.- Google chrome: when I am typing in the search bar or even typing right now, sometimes 'mid-typing' it just stops, as if I clicked out of the text box.

2.- Startup: about 33% of the time, when booting up windows just doesn't load. it gets passed the BIOS option and then it acts like it tried to go full screen like when you tab into a Full screen Game, It goes from the no signal ( for me this is all blue pixels) to just a black screen, No audio plays for windows so I can conclude that windows has not started . My theory is that my GPU is 'crashing' and causing my PC to freeze as my PC does this when attempting to tab into games sometimes.

3. Tabbing out by itself?: So this has been super annoying, for the first few minutes of starting any Full screen game, It Alt tabs itself out for some reason. It may do this a number of times. And sometimes it can lead to my system freezing, forcing me to use the reset button (just like my Startup problem). For this issue , I disable every single active program that was not necessary, leaving me with just drivers and steam etc. this doesn't fix it. I checked for viruses and nothing came up.

So are all of these issues something to do with my GPU? as it seams to be a problem with 'Going Full screen'
There is no performance issues with my GPU so I really don't know whats going on

I can provide any information on request, please just ask, thank you in advance for helping me

You have too much going on here. First, get as many anti virus programs you can wrangle up and run them one at a time. If that does not help your situation, do what many of us have done in the past........complete new install. !!!!!! At times continuing to try to cure a crappy running operating system is not worth any more frustration... Save the files which are most important and ............complete new install. Do not forget about possible viruses which may be running amuck through your system and files. You would not want to carry over a virus infected file to a ........new install.

Thanks Guys.
The last thing I want to do is do a fresh install lol.
With a little more thought given to it , It just seems like a program or whatever it may be is taking the focus away from any given task, such as google chrome text boxes and fullscreen apps etc.
I looked through my event viewer for errors and I do get some but I dont understand what codes mean what exactly.
There is no errors prior to the error ID 6008 , which states that the pc shutdown unexpectedly (I pressed the reset button) .
