Question Is my gpu dead? Can I do anything about it?

ZOTAC GTX 680 Amp! Edition
i-5 3570k
Cooler Master 1000w Gold

GPU fans running at full speed, heavy artifacting, resolution stuck at 800x600.
Tried putting it in a different pc, same issue. Tried putting a different gpu in my pc, worked fine.
GPU shows up in gpuz, but no sensor information is coming through. The "Memory size" section in gpuz shows 0 MB. The "Bus Width" and "Bandwidth" sections both show 'Unknown'.
I can provide screenshots if it would help. Any insights are appreciated!!

Manually download the GTX 680 GPU drivers via Nvidia's website.

Reinstall and reconfigure.

No third party installers or tools.
