Is my gpu dead? [details] [picures]

So here's my issue. I've had amd readon hd 7750 for about 5-6 years now and its been amazing!

but just few hours ago i was watching a youtube video in full screen and all of a sudden my pc froze and all the colors were messed up, i also realized some colors are missing (example - blue from google logo turned to gray).

i restarted my pc, but couldn't boot it. after windows loading screen i get bsod.

So, I reinstalled my system. But even when I was going through windows installation process all the colors were messed up. After reinstalling my system, this is what I got:

And also, i am unable to change my resolution, which is something i was normally able to do even before i install gpu drivers.

Anyway, i installed my drivers successfully (but no change of colors during the installation) and once it was finished, I restarted my pc, but same thing happened again. bsod after windows loading screen. i managed to see the error and it's "atikmdag.sys" which is radeon software i think.

another weird thing is when i installed gpu temp software, it doesn't recognize that i have gpu at all (same thing happenes in cpu-z, just leaves empty space where gpu should be detected), although that actually might be due to uninstalled drivers.

Also, it doesn't show any color defects or erros when I see my motherboard logo once i turn on the pc or during the windows loading logo - everything is completely fine.

I think it should also be noted that recently i've had issues with my PSU. The fan on my psu sometimes won't spin after my pc has been shut down for few hours/days. however, i just stick a pen in there and spin the fan myself, after that it starts working normally and there were no issues.

Is there any help here? I would buy a new gpu if this one is dead, but is there a way this might be PSU or motherboard problem???

Thanks!
