IS my GPU DEAD?

Hi guys so I want to know if my r9 390x is dead. I used this card perfectly for 2 days but suddenly today When browsing the web the computer just restarted but the thing was the restart showed no display on the screen.I was like ok this is a first. I tried to turn on the computer but there was still no display even though I waited minutes. I turned off the graphics card and tried to start it but the screen showed a bunch of bars which would be on for a minute then goes back to no display. SO to check if it was the graphics card I replaced it with the 270x again and tried booting it up and it worked perfectly fine. So i tried the 390x one more time to make sure if it really is the 390 but the same problem happened. I just want to know if my 390x is dead and I already requested a return. Thanks just addition information the amd sapphire cards have a button on the card to turn on and off.

It's most likely broken. He is a new seller, not reputable. Cancel the order immidiately!!

There are so many scams on Ebay, countless. When you see such good deals like this, they are usually scams, especially when the seller just joined the site very recently and has absolutely zero user feedback. I would never buy a 970 from an unknown seller for $99 on Ebay, it's not worth the risk. People are out there to cheat you for your money on Ebay.

I see thanks for the input I canceled the canceled the order but I have to wait for him to cancel also. only reason to why I bought is because 40 of them were sold in 1 day

LOL. There was a incident where this guy was selling razer mouses for $21 and had a lot but he never shipped them and eBay ended up refunding my money so that's the reason why I took the chance with this gpu. But I canceled the order now I gotta wait for him to cancel to

These scammers have made $4500 very quickly, and I feel sorry for all the victims. These people purchasing these cards are acting before thinking. No one just happens to have 100 GTX 970s sitting around. This seller is probably shipping out rocks.
