[SOLVED] Is my gpu dead?

My pc shut down after running multiple apps in the background. I got the black screen of death.
I unplugged my gpu. Then i used my integrated gpu to see if something shows up. Everything fine. Plugged my gpu back in everything worked fine but getting weird orange screens and everytime I run a game the graphics tear them game freezes. I can run bios and will send pics

try removing and reseating the GPU. Try another PCIE slot, try testing the card in another pc. Reset the cmos on your motherboard
