Question Is my GPU dying

Ram: Tforce 2x8 3600mhz
SSD/HDD: Samsung evo 970 evo plus 1tb
GPU: Rx 5700xt
PSU: Ag-850
PSU Age: 4 years old
Chassis: Nzxt h510
OS: Windows 11
Monitor: 24n7100 v2


My GPU was fine yesterday it didn't have this black lines everywhere see the attached image

however, when I switch themes to something darker the lines seem to disappear

I've ran furmark for a good hour and I didnt crash
there seems to be an artifact happening at 1 part of the screen

might buy a rx 6700xt for 300$
2nd hand bnew is like 450$ is that worth it if no one is able to solve this
