Question Is my GPU fried?

So i was playing 7 days till dead, not a crazy intensive game. I have a Radeon RX 580 black edition, I set it to overclock in the Radeon settings a while back to run a few games. Essentially my computer crashed, it restarted and loaded up my second monitor that is running from the integrated graphics card fro the motherboard on an HDMI, but my main monitor running from my GPU isn't receiving a signal but will still turn on.
