Question Is my GPU going faulty? Random freezes and restarts

So i get a completely random crash in a game, id been playing this game for months with no issues until the last 3 weeks. It can happen in first 5 minutes or take hours to happen.
Video freezes. Can still hear audio for a few seconds then PC restarts. Sometimes it restarts normal, sometimes it restarts and my desktop backgrounds are defaulted. Less commonly it restarts and i get no video signal to my monitors but the computer seems to have started up fine as i can hear windows sounds. I have to hold power button to restart and just now it took about 5 attempts to get video and normal boot...

GTX 1080ti. Ive uninstalled drivers with DDU and updated to latest. Backed off overclocks. Ive stress tested for hours in 3d mark. I dont know how else to confirm something is wrong with GPU...

Also, how old is your PSU? You forgot to also mention the title of the game. Does the issue crop up on other titles? Which drivers are you currently working with for your GPU?
