Question Is my GPU performing normal?

I benchmarked my Gigabyte Gaming OC RTX 3070 using Heaven Benchmark. It is running at 1935Mhz with 74 temps. I am seeing some RTX 3070's running at 2100Mhz on stock with much lower temps. Is my GPU performing normal?

PC Specs:
Processor: Ryzen 5 5600x
GPU: Gigabyte Gaming OC RTX 3070
Ram: 8x2 G.Skill TridentZ
PSU: Seasonic Focus Gold 650W

They don't run at 2100MHz at stock. They are manually overclocked, and heavily considering I never got my 3070Ti past 2070MHz. Nvidia cards up to that generation were capped to under 2000MHz speeds, everythingbeyond is definitely overclock. 1935MHz sounds okay to me. But clock speed isn't everything, what do your benchmark scores say? Did you check your real gaming performance against others?

Seems fine. I would run a more modern benchmark, though. Heaven is hopelessly outdated nowadays. 3DMark can be get as a free demo and is the most used benchmark, as well as directly comparing your system vs similar ones of other people.

i agree what @KyaraM said and make good pc case airflow... i had 3070ti asus tuf but bad pc case airflow cause 77 degrees on bench like that
