Is my GPU too hot

I noticed last night that my Zotac 1050 ti is getting way hotter then it normally does it usually runs at 105 Fahrenheit while playing games and 95 Fahrenheit while idle but now it gets about 105 Fahrenheit while idle and 136 Fahrenheit while playing games should I be worried I am not playing demanding games until I get my 1060 next month I am playing games like Cities Skylines and while playing Cities Skylines my GPU temp was 136 Fahrenheit and that game is more CPU intensive so I find it odd that my GPU is getting really hot my case is will ventilated I have two fans at the front of my case and I usually either have the air conditioner on or the window open in my room so its not a ventilation problem and my room is not getting to hot so I don't know why my GPU is getting hotter then it normally does any help is appreciated.PS I put my fan speed at 75 percent

a GPU normally runs a bit hotter than a CPU (minus at idle, where mine is only 1 or 2 higher than the CPU). The temperatures you are describing are 40-59 C, which is completely normal. At your cap of 75% fan speed, those are pretty good temperatures. If you are still concerned, you may want to unlock the fan speed again.
