Is my GPU working fine?

So I purchased a GTX 660 Ti for my old pc, maybe I'm getting low performance, I get 2000 scores on passmark. I checked it on website and it was more than that (4691) Is my CPU bottlenecking my GPU? Here are the PC specs

Intel Core2 Quad Q8200 @ 2.33GHz
GTX 660 Ti
4 GB Ram DDR2

Most likely. While in game can you check you CPU usage. If its 85% and up and your GPU is lower like in the 50's% then yes it is bottlenecking it. That older Core2 is most likely bottlenecking it though.

it defenitely bottlenecking your gpu.. have you considered overclocking your cpu..? you should.. it will minimize the bottleneck

OCing that CPU will not not really help too much unfortunately.
