GTA IV and Spider-Man are a possibility at their lowest settings, but Watch Dogs has no chance. The only way to improve this is to buy or build a new PC, as I presume that your remaining spec (RAM, PSU, motherboard, etc.) is equally old.
Agreed. Also, because of ram requirements, watch dogs would not even allow you to start it.
You need to have a minimum of these specs if you want to run modern games:
- 8 core amd or i3 intel CPU
- GTX 660 or AMD R7 260X graphics card
- 8 to 12 GB of 1600 RAM
That's not a very accurate minimum. You'd get medium-high settings in anything with those parts. Also, it's not very consistent, because the GTX 660 is much stronger than the R7 260X. The R7 260X is weaker than a GTX 750 TI, which is weaker than a GTX 660.
Minimum specs for new games at minimum/low settings are more like a GT 640 or R7 250, with an FX-4100 or Pentium G3220, and 4GB of 1333Mhz RAM.
