Is my Graphics card BROKEN???!!!

So i have Acer Laptop E1-572G, and i have tried everything, i have a code 43 on my AMD R7 M265 and i have tried put new drivers and and uninstalling and reinstalling, i downloaded default VGA driver from the Acer website but nothing seems to work? Now i am wondering if my graphics is physically damaged or just broken overall?
If were to be broken, how much does it cost to replace it with a good graphics if its even possible?

Yes, however if want to play a game i cant, even if i wanna play chess titans it becomes 2d
