Is my graphics card dead?

So i have a gtx 660, it has stopped displaying signal as of 2 days ago. It doesnt beep or do anything on post. I need help diagnosing the issue wheather it is the card or not.

Have you tested it via a different output? I assume you are using hdmi, have you tried using dvi plug to see if that works? Or tried a different hdmi cable?
