Is my graphics card not getting enough power or is it the graphics card the problem?

I just got a new pc yesterday and when i lauched CSGO with my gtx 1060 the game opened fine then i joined a game and my two monitors turned off but i could still hear the soud i would like to know if the problem is that i need a better PSU or if the graphics card is defective? thx for any help

How many watts does your power supply produce, and what brand do you have?

Try under clocking the card. Mine did exactly that and I had to underclock it by ~100mhz to keep it stable. If that fixes it you have a solid case to RMA the card (even if it doesn't you should open a ticket with the manf).

As for the PSU, if you have a ~500w+ PSU you should be fine.
