Question Is my graphics card really broken?

Couple months ago i went to a computer center and they told me that my graphics card is broken. Honestly, i dont really believe them because it hasnt even been a year and they said it is. Anyway i can check it out?
specs are
amd ryzen 5 2400g
a320-hdmv
8x2 ram 3200mhz
gtx 1660 ti (broken)
I also see some kind of erosion on my gpu. anyway i can clean it out? or is it a bad sign

What's the exact PSU involved here? It's the most important bit of information here and completely missing.

Not sure what you're referring to by "erosion." I do see a very dirty GPU that has been taken care of poorly; it would make sense to clean it out, but it's also possibly too little too late.
