Is my graphics driver okay?

So I have been experiencing issues while gaming and I was wondering if it had to do with my graphics driver. I don't know much about computer specs and I'd appreciate some help with understanding it. I downloaded the Nvidia Inspector and took a screenshot of this:

was that taken in game or sitting on the desktop. if it sitting on the desktp the card is cooking itself. 95c is at it limit. shuld be 50-60c or less with 30-40 percent fan speed. if it an older card the paste may have dried out.

Okay, I was suspecting that and where do i acquire more of this paste?
