Question Is my hdd dead?

Hi! As of recently when I try to download a game from steam it won't download. Images from google work fine. Is my hard drive dead? Or is somehting else up? I'll try and download a variety of things just to make sure it isn't just steam.

Yep, it now says disk write error. If I continue it downloads a bit more and then says it again. I've tried downloading a game off of Origin, and it stops and then keeps going and then stops again.

HDD may be on it's way out, try to backup any important files and then replace the drive.
