Is my HDD failing?

For 1 month i can hear from my case a ticking sound. Now my windows works slower (haven't changed anything on my pc in this month) and i experienced a black screen and a suddenly restart and some vibration from my case. MB and CPU and Graphycs Card were changed recently. Is my HDD failing or my PSU (is pretty old like 4 years)?

Before we can pin point the culprit, can you please list your specs like so:

Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:

Chassis:
OS:

It'd help us two fold if we knew the age of each component and if they were under any overclocks.

I think CPU and MB or Graphycs are irrelevat but:
CPU - Ryzen 5 1400
MB -AB350m-HD3
GC - GTX 1050
HDD - WD BLUE 500 GB
PSU - 500W( a no name one)

Chasis: Deepcool Tesseract (1 of 2 fans from the chasis is in use)
OS:Windows 10 Home x64
All of the components except the HDD and PSU are 1 month old. The rest are 4 years old.
