Is my HDD toast??

So last night i was installing star wars the old republic, and i noticed it was taking forever so i let it sit overnight. This morning i wake up and the install is frozen so i shut it down and restarted my computer. When it started up my rocket dock that i use wasn't working, so i tried to search it in my computer and it couldn't find it it just said searching forever and never found it. My windows OS is installed in my SSD not my HDD which i just bought a few weeks ago, its the sea gate barracuda 2TB 7200 RPM, and all my stuff is downloaded in it except my OS. i just tried searching something in my SSD and it worked but it was slower, then i tried searching something in my HDD and it wont even load anything, like if i search Skype because my skype is in my HDD it will just say searching. I even tried to open up my program files and after one minute it finally loaded up. Is my HDD toast? i just bought this stupid thing. or did SWTOR mess it up?? no weird noises or anything are coming from it if that means anything.

Seagate has utilities like "Sea Tools" that will look at the health and operation of you drive. It will probably tell you if it is bad!
