Question Is my i7-10700k bottlenecking my 3080 TI at 1440p?

So as the title says I have a 10700k running boost at 4.8ghz with a 3080 TI. Im playing at 1440p max setting on all my games. I am Monitoring all my CPU cores via after burner im seeing some usage spikes go as high as 70-84% but ONLY ON ONE CORE out of 16 cores that my CPU has. And I have only tested one game so far Vermintide 2 and noticed this. Is this indicating a bottleneck? I will continue to test more games and update this thread. Thank you all in advanced.

At 1440p, not much of one.

10700k is still pretty decent. You could go out and buy an 11700K if you wanted to without switching the motherboard out. You could also try overclocking if you have a Z motherboard.

5.2Ghz is relatively easy to get to. 10850K and 10900 do that stock. 10900K defaulted to 5.3Ghz single core.
