maybe you can cancel the pc fan and use the money for a better case with more fans...

Also you should use the ask for a build format we really don't know what you want in your pc or what type of games...

Are you only gonna play games like minecraft, conter strike etcetera? That Gpu is pretty awfull, maybe if you choose a cheaper RAM you could get a better GPU.

It depends... The stock cooler works just fine. but it makes a lot of noise if you want you can buy the CM hyper Evo it costs $30 it will lower the temperatures, make less noise and give you the ability to Overclock.
