[SOLVED] Is my memory clock stuck on my GPU or?

Cutting straight to the chase here; I have a RTX 2080 Super (MSI Gaming X Trio) where i'm reading its status from MSI Afterburner and its showing me my Memory Clock is at 7753MHz and it never changes from there, not on idle and not gaming or working. Im reading the same info off the Dragon Center app via MSI to make sure it was not just afterburner. Is this normal or are my clocks just stuck there?

Mind you, im talking about Memory clock in MHZ not CPU Core clocks.

MOBO: MSI x470 Gaming plus
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 3200

DDR - Dual Data Rate
7753 * 2 = 15506mhz, or ~15.5ghz
It's normal.
