[SOLVED] Is my mobo broke?

I am a noob, I just started to build my first pc. But when I was putting ram the locks never locked it self, so I manually did it. But when I was checking if it was actually locked. I dumbly tried to pull the ram which I easily pulled out of the dimm slot . I am doing something wrong?
