Pretty vague title, but I'll try to explain what has been happening last week. One time I've noticed a dark part near the lower edge of my monitor (photo attached). It disappeared after turning it off and on again. Since that time it has been popping up more often, sometimes staying even after restarting monitor.
I thought it might be backlight dying, but I'm not really knowledgeable about this. Hope somebody could tell me more. And if it's something easy to fix (like, really easy. Have no tools almost). Or should I start looking for a new monitor.
