[SOLVED] Is my Motherboard and CPU ok?

I upgraded my pc by installing a cooler master and set everything up. It worked fine but I had a doubt if my cooler was screwed in evenly so I opened it up again, removed ram sticks and cooler, and lightly wiped off excess thermal paste. Reinstalled cooler much more tighter and ram sticks.

Now when I powered it on it would light up and shut down in 2 or 3 secs. I panicked and loosened some heatsink screws and reseated the ram.

Then the pc booted but the pc froze on my desktop.

I rebooted AGAIN and finally it works fine. It's working fine as I write this.
Just played some CPU intensive games and its running fine.

Only issue I have is that 2 keys on keyboard double press sometimes, but that could be my old dusty keyboard.

What do you think caused it to undergo that loop and is there anything I should do right now?

Specs:
i7 - 10700
Lenovo RTX 2070 Super
Lenovo stock Mobo
FSP 80+ Gold PSU
Lenovo Gaming Ram 2 x 8 GB
Cooler Master Black edition RGB

if it works and continues to do so, I wouldn't do anything, just monitor the CPU temp to check the system is stable and hopefully if that's good you'll have no further problems

As for why it failed to start up properly and froze on the desktop, that sounds more like it could be a problem with the RAM, maybe dust on contacts since you re-seated it? that can happen

Yeah on other forums they either say, RAM, warping of motherboard causing a short or "CPU crunch" (whatever that means).

But I think it was the RAM.

Thanks for your input.

Glad I could help :)

...or "CPU crunch" (whatever that means)
"CPU crunch" usually refers to the sound you get if you lock down the CPU with it incorrectly positioned, usually resulting in broken CPU pins etc... you don't need to worry about that because CPU wouldn't work at all if this was the case, also intel CPU's have the pins in the motherboard and not on the processor so it should be impossible to have this problem
