Question Is my motherboard causing problems?

Hey guys, In past couple of days I couldn't turn on my PC so I bought new power supply.
Now I can turn on my PC, but after like 1 hour of gaming my PC shuts down, GPU temperature is 40-50°C and CPU temperature is 50°C.
I asked few people and they said old power supply probably damaged my motherboard and that I should buy new one, what do you guys think?

Rx 590 8gb, intel i3 3240, 1x8gb ram ddr3
motherboard: Z77-DS3H
psu: 600 w be quiet
I know my cpu is bottlenecking my gpu but I didn't have these problems in past.
