[SOLVED] Is my motherboard compatible??

My specs -
gtx 1070
core i5 6400
8gb ram
500 watt power supply
msi h110 motherboard
1tb harddrive

I used to have a gtx 950 and I recently upgraded to a 1070. When I game my cpu is at 90, and my memory is at 82. My disk will occasionally be around 90 as well. My drivers are up to date, is my ram or power supply to low? Do I need another motherboard?

8GB is not much in terms of memory , should be 16GB. And the 6400 is not the greatest , but is still decent. Disk usage seems high though.

Buy a new set of 2x8 , because adding sometimes doesn't work even if identical.

I see that the maximum MHz my motherboard can hold is 2133. Would it really be worth it to buy a new motherboard to get 3000 MHz? Is their that big of a difference? Also I would like to upgrade my cpu to an i7. Is my motherboard compatible with an i7?

You would want a Z270 BOARD for an i7 7700 and faster modules.
