Is my motherboard dead?

Hello so I built my pc back in December and it worked perfectly fine but one day I was playing dayz with my friends and it froze so cut the power then turned it back on after it turned back on I checked the bios to see if all the settings were ok. Then I hit save and exit and then it froze again so I turned it off and turned on again but this time nothing on the screen appeared it was just black and I have done the cmos jumpers and I have reseated the ram and no luck so if you guys could help that would be great thanks.

AMD 6300 black edition

Asrock 970m pro 3

Gtx 960 2gb

8gb of crucial ballistic ram

Evga 500 wat

No beep codes? PC speaker hooked up?

Sadly my motherboard did not come with one so I don't have a speaker
